Local Rule for Athens International Airport (ATH)for Summer 2026 season

Local Rule for Kefalonia (EFL)Airport for Summer 2026 season
Maximum Ground Time for all flights allocated to the declared apron parking stands should be up to 90 minutes daily.
- Validity Period: From 01st June 2026 until 30th Sep 2026.
- Validity Time: Daily from 08:00 (UTC) to 16:55 (UTC).
Up to two (2) flights allocated to the declared apron parking stands can overnight at the airport from 29th March 2026 until 24th October 2026.
PSO flights are excluded from the above rules from 29th March 2026 until 24th October 2026 . This applies even if one segment of the flight is classified as a PSO flight.

Local Rule for Long Ground Time procedure for all Fraport Coordinated Regional Airports for Summer 2026 season
The coordinator allocates slots to LGT flights as defined, according to the declared parameters of each coordinated airport.
In addition:
For requests within 3 days from the day of operation, the coordinator will check the availability according to the parameters of the airport in question, allocate slots subject to conditions (action code “T”) and require final approval from the airport operator.
PSO flights are excluded. This applies even if one segment of the LGT is classified as a PSO flight.

- Validity Time: Daily from 08:00 (UTC) to 16:55 (UTC).
Up to two (2) flights allocated to the declared apron parking stands can overnight at the airport from 30th March 2025 until 25th October 2025.
PSO flights are excluded from the above rules from 30th March 2025 until 25th October 2025 . This applies even if one segment of the flight is classified as a PSO flight.

Local Rule for Long Ground Time procedure for all Fraport Coordinated Regional Airports for Summer 2025 season
The coordinator allocates slots to LGT flights as defined, according to the declared parameters of each coordinated airport.

Local Rule for Heraklion (HER)Airport for Summer 2024 season
For the period between 01 June 2024 – 30 Sep 2024 and from 0405 (UTC) – 1925 (UTC), maximum ground time allowed for new requested flights is 120 minutes.
If significant operational disruptions in ad hoc cases result in ground time of more than 120 minutes the coordinator will allocate slots under conditions and the operation will require final approval from the airport operator.
Ground time over 120 minutes is only permitted between the hours of 1930 (UTC) – 0400 (UTC), subject to capacity of all applicable airport parameters and allocated slots (for new requests of 7 days or less prior to the operation, approval from the airport operator is also needed).
Year-round home-based carriers and GA/BA flights are excluded from the above time restrictions.
Air carriers that will not adhere to the above restrictions and procedures and hence cause prejudice to airport operations will be sanctioned according to the relevant Greek and EU regulation.
