Local Rule for Long Ground Time procedure for all HASP Coordinated Airports for Summer 2026 season. May 2, 2026

Local Rule for Long Ground Time procedure for all HASP Coordinated Airports for Summer 2026 season.

The coordinator allocates slots to LGT flights (more than 120 minutes on ground), according to the declared parameters of each coordinated airport.

For requests submitted within three days of the date of operation, the coordinator will check availability in accordance with the parameters of the airport concerned, allocate slots subject to conditions (action code “T”), and require final approval from the airport operator.

It is the responsibility of the air carrier to request and obtain approval from the airport operator. If the request is rejected by the airport operator, the air carrier is responsible for cancelling the LGT flights.
*For HER Airport, the following applies

Due to operational restrictions from significantly increased traffic, maximum ground stop duration for commercial flights is 3 hours. Home-based carriers are excluded. GABA and foreign military aircraft operations follow PPR rules and notam restrictions.
