HSCA has published guidance on the Definition of Series and Determination of Historic Rights, aiming to enhance the most efficient declaration, allocation and use of available airport capacity. The first part of the guidance describes the definition of a series of slots, and the second part describes the method of historic rights calculation, based on which the SHL are distributed.
