How information will be used
Any information provided to HSCA may be put onto its database and processed only for the scope of the nature of the bussiness and not for marketing purposes, market research. HSCA may also disclose information for those purposes to third parties such as regulators where there is a legal obligation to do so.
The lawful basis under which process of data is conducted is:
1) where clear consent has been granted to process data,
2) where processing is necessary for HSCA to administer a contract it has in place with you,
3) where the processing is necessary for HSCA to comply with any legal obligation, and
4) where the processing is necessary for HSCA to perform official functions as airport coordinator.
Access to your Information and Correction
The user has the right to request a copy of the information that HSCA holds about him and to have that information corrected (if what HSCA holds about you is not accurate). Please email us at email@example.com. No fees are being charged for this service.
The user has the right to complain directly to the Chairman (CM) or the Executive Vice-Chairman (VCM) if he believes HSCA is processing or handling his personal data in breach of the obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations.
Data retention time
HSCA will keep information for as long there is a relationship with the user. Should the relationship end, HSCA may keep that information for legitimate business purposes e.g. to help respond to queries or to respond to requests from Regulators.
