HSCA will be scheduling virtual meetings with airlines to optimize slots/schedules for S22 season, on the 20th - 21st of January 2022 between 0700-1500 UTC.
Appointments will have a 20-minute duration and will take place solely virtually via MS Teams.
Airlines can click the button below to book a meeting. Airports have been grouped in accordance with the Coordinator responsible.
Initially, one (1) meeting will be accepted per airline, until the volume of requests has stabilized.
A short manual with instructions on booking your meetings can be downloaded.
The ability to book meetings will be enabled on Monday 17 January 1000 UTC.

H.S.C.A. would like to inform you that according to the decisions of the EUACA meeting, Force Majeure (or Justified Non-Use of Slots (FM/JNUS) shall be granted until Friday 14 May 2021 included and a “recovery period” of six weeks for all cancellations until Friday 25 June 2021 included.
H.S.C.A. is an independent, non-profit Public Entity, established by the Greek Law 3534/2007 on the 23rd of February 2007. It is managed by the Board of Directors, directly appointed by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport. Funding is independent, through slot fees imposition in favour of H.S.C.A. to the managing body of a coordinated or schedule facilitated airport as well as to the air carriers for each take-off or landing slot held by the operator.
The mission of H.S.C.A., in accordance with the EU regulation 95/93 18th of January as amended by 793/2004 21st of April, IATA Worldwide Airport Slot Guidelines and local rules, is to provide a professional, neutral, transparent, non-discriminatory service to the aviation industry, continuously improving quality of services and thereby to optimize the use of capacity in congested Greek Airports. H.S.C.A. is also responsible for monitoring the proper use of slots allocated to airlines in cooperation with the airports and the air navigation authorities.
Our head office is located at Markopoulo, Attica in modern and state-of-the-art facilities, with access to the largest airport in Greece and an important Balkan hub, as well as the operating centers of the airlines and representatives located in the area.
